I just ordered this "paints" wanting to do some christmas ornaments with my kids using styrofoam balls. The first thing when we try to use these "paints" is that they look like kind of a clear-slightly-colored gooey. The texture seems more like a clear glue than a tempera, and it barely has any color (and barely has any glitter too). We need to use 4 or 5 layers of "paint" to even have a slight color and a bit of glitter... Oh, and it took forever to dry every layer... Definitely, avoid the frustration and get another thing if you're looking for a glittered paint that really works.

Nice colors, but extremely transparent. Take a few coats and a bit of patience not easy for a 5 year old.

Ahhh I was so happy for finding this product since I've always wanted a massive amount of glitter paints. This one is a totally huge set, and every penny worth the price. Yes the glitter is a bit more needed but still there's no other glitter paint like this in this size. Happy for the purchase and will buy it after I used it all :)

I bought this paint at Hobby Lobby (got it cheaper than buying it here!) WE LOVE IT!!! It washes off easily with Dawn dish soap. I know this because my daughter and I did projects in which we had to paint feet and hands and place them on paper! We had such a fun time and this paint worked awesome. You COULD say this paint is "transparent" if you're picky. I didn't expect super thick paint with glitter!
