Pens do not stand up straight and fall through bottom when lift. Would have sent it back but could not since it was opened

I was disappointed in this purchase as my copic markers did not stand without wobbling in the tray that was supposed to hold standing up. The markers stayed in their spot when it was closed and you can carry the case with when you need to travel with your markers.Best Deals for ArtBin 6939AB Marker Storage Tray, White
when it advertised trays for marker storage, I did not from description or pictured item get the impression this way merely a framework of a tray. Just an "organizer" NOT a Tray/Storage Bin or anything useful in and of itself, requires having other artbin storage "containers" to be of any value. Disappointing.Honest reviews on ArtBin 6939AB Marker Storage Tray, White
After reading some of the negative reviews on this product, I wasn't sure about purchasing the ArtBin Super Semi-Satchel for my Copic Sketch Marker collection. I spent many hours researching a suitable option for storing Copic Sketch Markers, from DIY to pre-made storage systems...and I have to say I am absolutely GLAD I found the ArtBin & very glad I took a chance in buying this bin! I suppose its a matter of personal preference and I will say at first I wasn't sure if I could live with the wobbly pens in the rack, after reading about others' complaints. But now that I've used them a couple months, I never even notice it (I actually like the sound of the pens in their trays...its the sound of my marker stash growing!).The only negative I can think of: a couple rows of the upright Copic markers tend to rest on the molded track in the bottom of the bin (made to receive the bin separator that you eliminate when using trays). This sometimes causes the markers to sit a bit higher (1/8"?) than the rest of the rows of pens, though its just a matter of scooting them off the track so they rest against the bottom of the bin. I haven't had any trouble with the lid not closing or breaking the plastic bin-lid. Its just something to be aware of. I suppose if you slammed the lid or laid something heavy on the closed lid, when the pens are sitting higher, it could crack the lid; but it hasn't happened to me.
I opted for the smaller bins that hold only 2 trays and just recently added a 2nd bin for my growing marker collection! Yay! If you choose this product, I'd say give yourself a bit of time to adjust; a chance to settle in with your habits...I'm really happy with my Super Semi-Satchel!
