I am getting into leather work a bit more seriously and wanted a decent knife, but not to pay a fortune for one. This looked like the real deal. It is well enough made, with a hardwood handle and brass fittings. After a while the knife did not hold the blades. Not sure if it is the blade holder or the blades themselves that are the cause. Nevertheless, this knife is nice in the hand, and performs pretty well. Eventually I may get a top class knife and keep this as a back up.

alittle spendy but well worth the feel of the knife and quality of the blades, and once you have the handle tandy sells the blades rather cheap.
