I'm 15 and only just started oil painting but, compared to what I used in my class, was not very happy with it. I suppose it's a good price for everything that you get, but I wouldn't recommend it to other people. While there is a large assortment of colors, the tubes are small and each color will probably last you only one painting. The brushes are decent, a little stiff at first but they are new so it's expected, though some of them leave strands behind.

It's good if you are first starting like me I guess, I just notice a huge different of quality between the painting I did in my class to the one on my own.

I did receive this order in good time but the wood case fell apart when i opened it, the wood was also cracked in several places that i dont think could have been done by shipment. The painting set was nice but i wanted a nice carrying case to go with so i sent it back. I was not very impressed.

I got this as a gift, otherwise I would have returned it. All the items were incredibly cheap and flimsy. The brushes are absolutely useless! The bristles come out constantly when trying to paint. The top actually came off the end of one the first time I used it. The case and flip up brush holder are flimsy and cheaply made. This isn't even worth $10, let alone the asking price for it. I was extremely disappointed. Save your money and buy something else unless you enjoy trying to pick bristles out of your painting.

This was for our 15 year old whom is getting an interest in art. She loves the color assortments as well as all the supplies that came with it. Would have like better instructions on how to clean brushes, ect, but we were skilled enough to show her.
