I have the complete set of Addi Turbo and like them a lot.They do stand by there guarantee and will with no quibble fix or replace any problems free of charge ,no questions asked .I have had two problems with these needles both of which entailed the flexible line between the needles breaking.There is a problem there which needs to be reviewed and fixed as this is not an inexpensive product.
