I'm a huge fan of the metallics line from Folk Art, and since blue is my daughter's favorite color, we go through a lot of it. This is a shimmering metallic blue that looks like a metallic car finish when painted on smoothly to something. It can be mixed with other inexpensive bottle acrylic paints to tint or change the color, but if you're not using a metallic paint it will cut down the shimmer considerably.
Dries fairly fast, apply in thin coats. For a big application like covering a wood item before further embellishment, use a foam brush for a smooth application.
