It's funny how often you see people making customer service complaints under the item review section. Sadly, these reviews do not reflect on the item themselves. In this case, this is a wonderful item and I use these 1-hole OOK pieces frequently for my frames which have a total weight of 20lb or less.
Having the screw held in the plastic hole is so convenient. Not having to use a hammer or hold the screw while tightening is such an advantage in my book. I like the larger (two-hole) item as well if you're framing/hanging substantially heavier items.

Twice I have ordered this product and each time that quantity that arrives is wrong. Amazon website (and invoice) says that the box has 20 pieces but the package that arrives only has 10 pieces. Packaging says it should have 10 pieces as well so somewhere along the way there is a mistake being made and you will not get the quantity you ordered without multiple calls to Amazon customer service.
