I made some halloween decorations with this mod podge. My decorations did glow in the dark. I wish it did glow more though.

I bought this to decorate the Halloween ghosts we made to hang outside. I don't know how many coats it takes to make it actually glow in the dark; what I can say is that with two coats, it didn't glow at all. I wouldn't buy this again.
