I ADORE Cavallini products I mean, LOVE with fervor. I have several of their stamp sets and in general just love their product lines because I'm a big fan of vintage ephemera and pretty much anything that uses it in new, fun ways.
I have several issues with this product.
First, I neglected to check the size big mistake. I HIGHLY recommend you check the size because it was MUCH smaller than I expected it to be. What I thought would be about the size of a mouse pad was, in fact, much smaller and for the price, that's just a bit crazy.
Second, while there are quite a few sheets for each design which somewhat mollified me after my initial annoyance with the size (admittedly my own mistake) the problem that arises here is that the 3 individual pads are squished together so tightly that, when detaching a single sheet from one of the pads, it sort of scrapes against the sheets of the other pads. It's kind of difficult to explain what I'm trying to say, but basically they're too close together, so that you have to remove sheets slowly and carefully to avoid potentially damaging them.
I had initially planned on buying several different designs of these, but I'm definitely going to be thinking long and hard before I buy another one. The images themselves are nice, and unlike some cheap post-its I've purchased elsewhere, you don't have the problem with tacky/sticky residue on the top portion of the paper so that at least one would assume that they should be easily usable. Still, again, the price for these is quite high in my opinion and I feel that the product itself doesn't deliver what one would expect for the money.
I paid $12.50 for this, and I really would not buy it again nor would I recommend it for that price point. If you can get it for under $10, it's a good quality product but otherwise it's just too expensive.
