I tried using the product and it cuts on the sides but not in the middle. I couldn't figure out what was wrong, but then I looked at the cutting mechanism and it looks bent/defective around the middle portion of the cutting blade and I am not able to fix it. I bought the product just to have on hand for future projects, but I never used it until last week. I will be sure to try my merchandise as soon as I receive it the next time to make sure everything works properly, as this purchase was a waste of money.
