I received the package within a few days of order, and all was intact, but the package included one round hole punch and two star hole punches instead of one star and one heart. Somewhat disappointing.

I read a few bad reviews about this product, but still took the chance and bought it for my personal business crafts. I received exactly what I needed. Unlike other customers, I received the three shapes as described, the punches work perfectly ... great craft tools... and cheap!

I purchased these specifically for the star hole punch. We have a personal training company and wanted a different shaped hole punch to mark our client loyalty cards. The star and (regular) circle hole punch work great but that heart shaped one...OH THAT HEART SHAPED ONE!! I cannot get it to work with some considerable effort...more than I wish to exert just for a heart shaped hole. But because the price was good and I got 2 working hole punchers out of the deal...I won't complain too much.

I love the concept of this product, and I will find use for it (for example to make confetti for small gifts), but I am only giving it two stars because it was not well-made enough for the reason I wanted it nail art. The edges are too rough, so even when I punch out paper confetti, the edges are not clean and crisp. This is particularly an issue for nail art, because 1) punching out tape is harder and 2) if the edge is not crisp, the nail polish will creep under the tape. So that's kind of a disappointment. Also, I wish there was a third shape that was not a circle, because ...really? I have a three-hole punch that can do that!

It's still a fun craft product and I love those little star confetti that come out of it, so I will definitely find a use for it!
