I really like the fact that it is so simple. There are a lot more complicated/detailed square blocks for quilting, that I am sure are very useful, but as a beginner, this was very not threatening, haha.

Bought these to help me make a new baby quilt, have never quilted before but I am excited to give it a try. These appear to be just what I need for good squares. I plan on using my mothers old clothes to make a memory quilt for my great niece or nephew and these are high quality rulers and will make learning a lot easier, and who knows when I complete this one I may try a full size one for me!!

My quilting skills were improved greatly when I learned how to use these rulers. It takes a little practice holding them, but they are durable and easy to read. You will not be disappointed. The instructions are simple yes it does require an instruction to use them to their best advantage. Give them a try.
