I bought this to use with a canning jar to grow sprouts. It works, and there are two sheets, so you could probably have 8 or 10 jars going at the same time if you wanted.

Just remember when buying plastic canvas the 14-count refers to the hole size and NOT the amount of sheets you get. 14 count in particular was on the small side for my needs since I was using it with preschoolers with large blunt needles.
