I received this product pronto and the supplier spent more than the amount I was charged ($5.49) for shipping. However, it did not appear to be "new" . My guess is that it had been around for awhile. I did cut all letters and symbols immediately to ensure they worked. The price was low in comparison to a store purchase so this may have been a return or old shelf life merchandise.Haven't had much chance to really get into them but I like the quality that i see and cant wait to use them more
