I received this hoop as a gift and it wouldn't snap onto my machine, which it states that it should. We emailed the company and they stated that though it would not snap into place, it shouldn't pop off while embroidering. We asked for a replacement hoop to be sent. We had to mail the defective hoop back, on our own cost, just to get a replacement hoop that was worse then the first one. The company knows that the hoops don't snap down, but, say to use them anyway. I emailed them about the second hoop, and I still have not heard back. However, Amazon stepped up and refunded our money so that we could purchase a hoop that works correctly!
