Let me attempt to explain my reasoning.

Copics work like watered down paint/ink. If you get a light color, you can color something once for it to be the exact color of the marker. Then you can go over it again, making it darker, then go over it again to make it even darker. This is what makes art markers unique if you get the right ones.

Therefore with Copics bold is not the way to go. Get the lighter versions instead.
