When I first used this product I was a little frustrated because the paper gets stuck in the grooves. This problem was solved by putting wax paper on the die first and then regular paper so when it cuts and you pull the wax paper everything comes out smoothly. Voila! These are very intricate and can only be used with paper unlike steel rule dies. Otherwise very nice product!
