I am fairly new to face painting. These paints compare very well with the more famous brands at a very low cost. They blend well. I have made a few split cakes and they work great. You get a great deal of paint in each pot. I was stuggling with making teardrops and swirls with the snazaroo paint and I thought I would never catch on, then I tried the Kustom Body Art paints and the swirls and teardrops practically made themselves because the paint was so smooth. I was amazed at faces I was creating because the colors were so bright and beautiful. This set will last a long time. Again, I am not a professional, however even if you just used them to sponge with you would get a bargain. Use this as a great starter set or a set to compliment your existing collection. Either way it is an awesome deal. I would recommend these paints.

UPDATE 3-3-13: While I still feel these are a great deal for someone starting out with face painting...I have graduated to using paints sold by Jestpaint and Sillyfarm. The professional paints make a difference when you are doing professional face painting.

For anyone who is missing the old "stick" style face paints, these paints are just like those!! The best part and the difference between these and the snazaroo multi-packs is that these are each in their own little container, rather than bits of paint all on one big tray. Paint is clear and bright and once it dries, it doesn't smear easily. On the other hand, it does wash off fairly easily with soap and water and a washcloth. Fantastic Quality!

By at all like those cheap oily crayons!! These you can use them for tons of faces and they are easy to apply and stay on very well once they dry. They are also very easy to remove when ready, a little soap and water or baby wipe takes it off right away! Loved these!!

Bought this set for my daughter to do face painting on a mission trip. The product arrived quickly and as described. She loved the variety of colors and the ease of use. The paint goes a long way and we will be able to use them at other events. We highly recommend these face paints!
