I bought these to take camping with the grandchildren, so I didn't want to spend a lot of money. The quality was very good for the price. We were just doing sketching. The pencils worked well both dry and wet. We used water color paper. I needed a few colors that weren't in the set, but for what I was doing it worked well.

While colored pencils and watercolor pencils can get very expensive, for a reasonable price you get a nice selection of colors with this set. I just wish the name of the color was imprinted on the pencil for reference.
