Mediocre quality. There is only a little bit of sparkly-ness to the silver, but rest are not bright, reflective, sparkly as you'd expect. They are fairly firm, more like a soft wax crayon than smoooshy oil pastels. (I prefer more soft)
At $4 a set, they are okay value, but when you add in $5 for shipping, they are not worth it. For that price, stick with good quality, like VanGogh or Sennelier brand.
I also bought a set of Fluorescent oil pastels (pictured here by mistake). Same story: mediocre quality, too firm, not brilliant and opaque. Altho they shipped together, I was charged $5 shipping for each. (urgh!)
