This has been my workhorse sewing machine for the last six years and hasn't given me any complaints than some minor servicing issues and those only came up recently! I put it through a lot of layers and it is a great in-between model from the beginner sewing/embroider machines and the expensive top-of-the lines!

I purchased this machine in November 2012. I was very happy with it for about seven months. The machine started 'gumming' up underneath the fabric when it was in embroidery mode. It ruined some projects for me. And then for some reason it started sewing crocked. I make items to sell. I can not sell things that this machine makes. I am horribly disappointed. I had it serviced and it is still not right. I am trading it in for a memory craft 9900.
