Petal point option is a great way to enjoy a good selection of colors at a reasonable price. The colors are very nice; they are all in the same key, so to speak. And each pad is a good size. Also, extremely convenient to use, since you can color a big section as well as tiny surfaces using the point. There are a few videos on youtube showing how to use these. I am definitely going to buy other petal point selections.

These petal point ink pads are an affordable way to get several colors of ink. All ink colors in each set coordinate nicely with one another. I especially find that the fluid chalk inks give excellent coverage for clear stamps, even those with lots of solid area. Gives a nice clear impression every time. Despite their small size these inks last a long time. The shape also allows for detailed multi-colored inking of stamps. Chalk ink is just absolutely fantastic the coverage is great, the colors are beautiful and the petals are super convenient. It looks small, but each petal holds a lot of ink and it makes it easier to manage them when inking background or trying techniques that involve the pads. I needed to more easily make footprints of our kids feet, and while pads work, it can be a little hard dealing with 4 squirming youngsters. I was able to easily apply it, just be careful of the arch, leave that bare. Turned out perfect and can't wait to give the finished piece to my husband.No issues with being over full, dry or anything broken. Came exactly as I expected it to.
