This is a great quality marker, the one bad review on this product mentioned not knowing that these were felt tip brush pens, I'm not sure what else would be expected. If it were any more of a brush, then it would be a brush and you'd have to dip it in paint. It works like a brush but it's a pen. The brush tip side is nice, fine and light on paper, the "regular" felt time side I never use (it bleeds to the other side and is too hard for me to deal with) so they could stop making that side of the pen to keep costs down as far as I'm concerned. I use these to draw leaves and accent lines. Love them. Only one bad thing to say: there was no need for 2 blues and two greens in the package, they could have invested in 2 other colors. Other than that, it's just what I've come to expect from this company. Consistent quality.

I love all the colors they offer. the tips help me to color only where i want and as bold as i wish. I make over 2,000 cards a year (i sell them ) and I've had some of my pens for 2 years before ordering new ones. yes I love, love, love, these pens.

These pens are wonderful to work with (I have this set and many others too). I love the solid flowing lines that the larger brush can make. The smaller side I good but not really fine enough for any detailed work. I find myself almost never using the smaller tip. They are a little expensive but you get what you pay for. The colors are fairly opaque unless you water them down then they can be similar to watercolor but not for the same purpose you might use watercolors.

Wonderful colors that are so rich and don't fade well maybe they will if placed in sunlight. These are "keepers" for when your kid is old enough to be really responsible with markers. I would suggest getting one set of colors at a time. Don't pass over these colors, though you would want primary colors first.

These pens reflect the usual high quality of Tombow--intense pigmentation, adherence to the surface, comfortable gripping shaft, working fine point.

The Retro grouping will be useful and highly decorative. I use the pens for coloring books.
