I ordered the pastel markers about 4 days ago. I wasn't having the best of days when they arrived and I was more than livid to discover I had received the wrong colors from what was shown in the picture. I called the company expecting to hear something I didn't want to, I even had this page open ready to write the worst review i could possibly muster up at the time buuuuuuuuuut. I ended up talking to a younger male who seemed really friendly which made me feel guilty about my relatively rude tone, asked me a few questions and went to check his warehouse. took my number down to go check to see if he had the colors i wanted and actually called me back! which never happens with most large businesses. then gave me the wrong order for free along with sending me out the one i wanted. excellent customer service!!

They are not steadfast and wipe off even after considerable drying time! I have used other paint pens with much better results. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone!

This are great pens for painting on wine glasses, etc. The only thing I would change is that they should be acrylic paint instead of oil based because it is harder to remove from my glassware if I need to start again. Acrylic paint is washable right away but it becomes permanent in 21 days.

Used these pens in a variety of colors to decorate wine glasses. They made the designs easy to apply and gave clean, straight lines. They provided solid coverage too. Much, much easier than using paint brushes.

I allowed the painted glasses to dry for over 30 days. This is an alternative to putting the glasses in a warm oven for 8 hours to set the paint. (Heat oven to 350 degrees, turn it off, put glasses in oven, close door and leave overnight or 8 hours until cool.)

Also painted swirls and curls on reading glasses frames. Although I did not wait 30 days nor did I "bake" them, the paint has stayed on the plastic frames. Only on the end of the temples where the glasses fit on and off my ears numerous times a day has the paint worn away.

All in all these pens are the perfect tools for applying acrylic paint to small objects.

And very neat to use, especially if one is bed ridden or in a hospital environment. I am going to try it on a pumpkin later today. Especially the paint that is supposed to be dimensional when it dries.
