I am quite enamored of these needles. The smaller sizes are particularly great accidentally sitting on and splintering a bamboo size 3 which was half of a pair is not a good thing. These Karbonz are very sturdy and seem unlikely to warp. They are nice and smooth. Lighter colored yarn in particular shows up well on these needles. I am building up quite a collection of Karbonz in different sizes. Treat yourself to a pair I bet you will want more.

I ordered carbon fiber knitting needles because they sound awesome. And they are. They're black with nice pointy metal tips, and they will not bend or break easily. I am a little bummed that they're similar to plastic needles: the yarn sticks to them, and they get warm in your hands. And they're so inflexible that they're a little hard to use for someone like me who's used to rosewood and bamboo. But I still really like them, and I intend to get some more...but maybe just as circulars.
