I have not used series 2 in Pearl Ex. But I just ordered it. I have used Series 1 and love it for polyclay. After you have finised your polyclay creation, lightly brush a Pearl Ex powder on the item, then bake it. Different colors give different hues to different color clay. The shine and luster Pearl Ex adds to polyclay makes your creation so much nicer. The powders last a long time, too, as you use so little on a project, unless it is a monster project.

This $16.?? price with no shipping for me with amazon prime,is the best price I've seen. I'm waiting for the Series 3 to come way down in price with free shipping, then I'll order that, too.

I recommend Premo or Fimo polyclay for their ease of shaping.

This is my favorite product ever! I've used it to "paint" flowers both wet and dry and to make designs. The colors are rich and varied and the powder goes on easily. I saw on a video that you can clean up the extra powder with a Swiffer dust cloth. Awesome!!

This is a great starter pigment kit for those wanting to add some color to their resin. I use it in my pen blanks to add some color and pearl effect to them. It only takes a little. You could probably make a 100 or so pen blanks with just these colors.
