I like this product very much. I had depleted the original pack purchased last year.... so when I found this pack on Amazon at a great price I was very pleased. Our friends introduced us to these double tipped pens and we love them. The colors are a bit muted (if metallic can be muted) and just the perfect compliment to the collection of markers one is likely to amass with a very creative 9-year-old in the house. I like the archival quality and acid free aspects, too.May be just our luck, but we purchased two sets of these pens, and the tips fell out of two pens in each set. It is normal for the tips to hang loosely, as this allows the ink to flow when depressed, but these tips wouldn't stay in. Customer service handled the exchange quickly and with no problems. Also, be careful to wipe the tips clean of any glue or glitter they may come in contact with, as this can prevent ink flow and give the false appearance of a dried out pen.
