Good quality metal. Nice black color. Not the cheap type. These work well for studding denim or possibly leather. Very pleased.

Very heavy duty! Finish is less prone to damage than other dark studs I have used. Prongs are not sharp enough to pierce leather, tho. Worked for my needs
