The ink is great quality, it's dark and solid and stamped beautifully onto the variety of fabrics I tested. I made sure to heat seal with an iron. I washed the fabric in cool water and dried on low heat. It did fade slightly after the first wash, and a bit more after the second. I will say that I am happy with the convenience of a fabric paint stamp pad, and have happily used it even though it does fade.

If you are looking for a more permanent, fade resistant fabric paint I would not recommend this product. I bought a variety of colors, and the darker ones work best. The lighter colors fade much more easily.

I have searched and searched for a fabric stamp pad. Is this a new product? Or did I just somehow miss it the past 3 years when searching? It is amazing, but you do have to heat seal it. I tested it through the washer and dryer, looks great even after that.

This is exactly what I was hoping for. As others have said you have heat set this once you stamp anything. I used it on fabric and it will smear if you do not heat set it. Make sure to cover it before pressing with your iron or you will get ink on your iron too. I have not tried to wash the fabric I stamped but it made a very nice black image.
