I'm typically a BIG fan of Amazon products AND service. This is the rare occasion that I have to return a purchase, as it arrived incomplete and damaged. Obviously this was a return from a previous customer who had opened the box, separated and used some of the stamps, resealed it and returned it to Amazon. When I opened the box, it had obviously been used, as the stamps were cut and inked in fact, they had pried one stamp off the pad and half the foam was left behind. Why in the world would Amazon resell it in this condition? All they had to do was open the box to see it was no longer in good selling condition -and yet, they taped it up and sent it off to the NEXT customer? Now THAT'S poor poor quality control Amazon!!
