I have been knitting for many years, and have tried pretty much every kind of needle under the sun in that time. However, after a recent move I found I needed to replace a significant portion of my needle collection, so I ordered these.

Here is what these needles are NOT:

they are not clover takumi needles. some of them are slightly different lengths (by a few millimeters). Some of them curve a little bit. The smallest sizes (0 and 1) are a little bendy, and honestly I can see them breaking within a few years' use.

What these needles ARE:

very pretty. the color is very beautiful, and despite their imperfections, they are well made. The knobs on the end are solid, the needle diameter is even and the shafts are very smooth. They feel wonderful in the hands. They have a nice point not too sharp, not too dull. In fact, the point is very similar to the takumi points, if you like those, you'll like these. I have knitted swatches with four or five of the sizes by this point ( 2, 4, 7, 10/12, I think) and they knit beautifully. No snags like you get with plastic, evenly matched points that are comfortable to use.

the verdict? You absoultely cannot beat them for the price, unless you plan on using the smallest sizes almost exclusively (in which case you should really be looking at metal needles anyway) or can't stand a very small amount of bend to your needles. I am very pleased with my purchase, and would absolutely buy these again.

I have used several sizes of these needles already and love them easy to hold and yarn does not slip off neeldles

These needles are wonderful and the price for the whole set is amazing. A few are a little longer than the others but that's ok. Would recommend.

I wanted to learn how to knit and I wasnt sure what size needles to buy well this pretty much took care of that problem. I started to knit right away and so far so good. The yarn glides easily and the needles are smooth. My only concern is the smaller needles I dont see those lasting for very long as they seem rather fragile. But for the price you cant beat this set. Enjoy :)

Having spent a lot of time reviewing other items I decided to purchase this set.

The shipment was fast and I was not disappointed.

This is a lovely set of knitting needles, very smooth and excellent workmanship, the sizing numbers are very clear. Any one looking for a reasonably priced set of needles I would advise to buy these, cant fault them.
