The finished project looked like I had done a watercolor painting. Colors are very nice but I wish they had included a white or even off white in the pack. I appreciate idea that I can do fine lines and fill in larger areas with the same pen. I am very pleased with this product and I am now looking to find a set with different colors including white. Please let me know if such a thing should become available on Amazon.

I am a college student, and I can't be dishing out large quantities of cash to get pen brushes. These worked perfectly for me, just let a layer dry before you apply another. They are fine quality, no complaints here. These pictures aren't going to last a hundred and fifty years, but I'm not complaining.

I'm not an artist, but I wanted to have a nice set of pens to color in various illustrations (stress relief!). The colors remain really bright on standard copy paper (I copied from my book of illustrations) even after being exposed to light, and I find the brush tips to be the right thickness, as you can use the fine point or create larger strokes to fill in bigger areas. This is really a nice set.

These brush pens are simple to use. The tips allow good control. Two of my pens were dried up when I tried to use them. So, I advise trying them all out when you get them. Some of the cap colors don't match the paint within the pens. I bought them for some specific colors and was disappointed.

I have no artistic talent and I do not use these pens for art. I am studying Chinese and these pens are perfect for practicing the characters. I have permanently saved them to my "wishlist" so I can order them when ever I want. I don't know how well they will work for art, but if you want to practice stylistic writing these are a good little tools with which to play.
