I've bought generic hoops before, and they were kind of flimsy. These are nice and sturdy and I've been using them almost daily.

Mainly bought for the 5x12, but love having the extra hoops as well! Works great! Remember, you have to have software (like Sew What Pro) to actually make designs fit the 5x12 hoop!
