Maybe because I haven't worked with too many different brands of Watercolor paints that this product was not what I was expecting. The watercolors that I know, have, and love, don't dry out to solid little rocks. These ones dry out to hard rocks, like they should be pan colors or something. I wasn't expecting that. It's really really difficult to get a good amount of color onto your brush because they don't really sog up and get soft with water at all. The paints dry out so much that they fall right out of my palette. I wish I wouldn't have purchased these ones.

good quality colours, easy to use tubes, my 8 year old is very happy and excited.

the tubes need to be set flat while putting it inside the packet, else it can get ripped.
