So, I've bought a couple dozen jars of the paint, many tubes of the outliner and several of these pens. Some of the pens have worked; some haven't and I've returned those with no trouble. Today, I ran into another pen that didn't work. Because I have other Vitrea 160 products, I happened to have a jar of diluter. I twisted the top of the pen off, pulled the inside "cap" out and dumped a bit of diluter in. Shook it up, waited a few minutes. Nothing. Put a bit more diluter in, shook it up and VOILA! It works. Waaayyyyy more labor intensive than it should be, but I like the pens for some jobs and happened to have some of the diluter on hand. If you want something more reliable, try the jars and outliner tubes. But these pens are easy to use and fun when they work.

I used this for outlining my paintings on glass the line is a nice medium line not too thick, not real fine. I was able to outline my pics, then color them in with the complimentary colored pebeo vitrea 160 paints. The black marker is NOT transparent like the paints, so worked perfectly! Will definitely be using this alot.

This was easy to use, however it does tend to drip a little and was a bit expensive

I gave this pen 1 star because it did not work at all for me. When i received it, the paint was completely dry and nothing would come out of it. I contacted the seller and they gave me a full refund with no problems at all, so that was great. it seems like it would be a great pen but i had to give 1 star for the paint drying and me not being able to get a use out of it.

I received the Vitrea 160 black paint pen in the mail. It did not work. I shook it like the directions say, multiple time. I left it cap side down overnight. The next morning it still did not work. The paint appears clogged and won't go through the tip. I don't recommend risking it, especially with the price. More trouble than it's worth.
