Package was in good shape upon arrival. Notepad, pencils, eraser, sharpener, and mannequin were all in god shape.

Just wish the mannequin was a bit more flexible. Can barely turn head up-down and sometimes the joints have trouble staying in a certain position. It'll get the job done, though.

Overall, nice product.

Great essentials for my career, the only issue for me was that the mannequin did not stay in place, I had to hammer it and replace the stabilizer! But it is overall a great tool!
