It is strong, but small in thickness. Does not tear as easy as others, not to mention cotton. Plus, it is very long 1000m, enough for all your future sewing needs. Don't get this if you want to just manually sew (would be cumbersome, as it is not thick) this is exclusively for the sewing machine.

I had so many problems with my sewing machine until I found this brand of thread. I thought it was pricey at first, but after using it found it was worth the cost. Nothing takes the fun out of sewing as fast as thread breakage and fraying. This thread solved all of my problems just being itself. I would recommend this thread to everyone, don't skimp on cost, cheap thread buys you headaches and it is not worth it.

This is great quality thread for all my projects. I am very happy with it. It is much better than any of the cheapo threads in terms of strength and fraying.
