The Series 7 Kolinsky Sable Watercolor brushes from Winsor & Newton (which were commissioned by Queen Victoria, an accomplished watercolorist herself who passed on the genes to Prince Charles) are the most exquisite and delightful brushes to use. Somewhat costly but worth the price as they will last forever with good care and one brush can do more strokes than appearances would indicate. I plan to add to my purchases when this product is offered again at the reasonable price I was able to purchase the two brushes I own. Happy painting!

I bought two sizes and this one also has a problem with the tip splitting in half. I've heard of this problem, just never gotten one myself. I figured that extremely low price had to mean it was a gamble. Just not a top quality WN Kolinsky.
