I picked this up as I was beginning to some crewel embroidery. I liked this kit. It was easy to understand and do the stitches.

I personally had a bit of trouble with french knots BUT the instructions are clear and concise.

In this, I know it was me personally. I do a lot of cross stitch and needlepoint and never could get them right. So, I replaced the two knots with sequins and that looked okay too. I have since finally gotten the swing of french knots and am considering getting this kit a second time as it goes fast and the colors are very bright and cheerful.

Also, I framed it instead of using the hoop to hang it but either way the colors still stand out great!!!

I would recommend this to anyone looking to start embroidery.

I love it so much. much much easier to finish it than I imagined before. Very pretty and all my friends said it made their day . so aspiring.

I haven't started working on it yet. This is my first non-cross stitch embroidery. I'm looking forward to trying it. Looks easy and the instructions are good. I like how it shows examples of how to start the thread and to do the stitches.
