I ordered these swarovski cystals to see how they would look, I usually order though an online bead site. They were beautiful and just as high quality as the bead site and less money. I had a couple less beads in the package than ordered. So I let the seller know, not only did they get back in touch with me right away they sent me a "whole" new package! Not what I would have expected. I will order from this seller again for this and other beads, great service and product and they stand behind their sales...

These beads are either NOT Swarovski, or they are are NOT rose color. They are in a small plastic bag, no way to verify if they are Swarovski brand or not, but these are a deep red color, not even close to Swarovski pink. The bag is labeled though as Swarovski Rose, so it is not a shipping error. Returned item for refund.
