I ordered 3 sets of Van Gogh 24 oil pastel (all different colors as offered thru Amazon for $7.17 per set. I was so disappointed when I received my order today. I opened the box and what School Specialty sent me was 3 containers each with 6 white pastels in each container . So now I have 18 white Van Gogh oil pastels sticks . I am very upset as this is not what is listed on Amazon. I certainly don't need and didn't order 18 white oil pastel sticks ...that's not what is being listed. Hopefully they will honor my order and get rhese three sets to me as soon as possible.
I did email the company, but unfortunately they are only opened monday thru friday, and I really needed these this upcoming week. I am an art student and needed to get started on a huge project that is due by Thanksgiving. Please School Specialty ...come thru for me!
Good news everyone! I received an email today with an apology regarding the order mix-up. Not only are they sending me my correct order at no charge, but they stated I can keep the extra 18 Van Gogh white pastel sticks also!!!! It will put me a bit behind in my project, but it more than made up for the error! Thank you for your integrity, School Specialty!!!
