This is a good value for the price of the set, but the colors are less than ideal and are significantly lower quality than some other available sets. In particular, I have been having trouble with some of the colors drying in a funny way and leaving what looks like streaks and smudges on my work that were not there when I painted it. Some of the lighter colors seem to be less pigmented and more runny than others. This makes it difficult to paint with them since more paint is required and it takes a lot longer to try to build color (especially since I have to wait a week for the weak color to dry before painting more over it). Nonetheless, this set works decently for me since I have just begun oil painting and didn't want to spend a lot on a set to make amateurish paintings of blocks and fake fruit.
