I have ordered previously from this company (mostly because they're the only ones on Amazon who sell UniPin Pens) and I was happy with the service. I am still happy with the service overall however, they sent me a different brand pen for the size .1. I noticed it after the return time was up so I couldn't return but I'll make sure to note that when I order again, it's all the same brand. I didn't mind trying something new when I first noticed it, however, it definitely is not of the same caliber as UniPin.
If you're in the design profession, I think you'd understand preference of brands and what works for you and what doesn't. If you're not, they still sent me a decent quality pen, but it's definitely not lasting quite as long as UniPin lasts.
Overall, good customer service.
