Please see customer image above for an example of a card where I used the middle die on an anniversary card. This is a very useful set of dies for backing labels such as 'Happy Birthday.' All of the dies are a little too big to be used horizontally on an A2 (4.25"x5.5")greeting card, but they can be used if they are positioned vertically.

I use my Spellbinders Shapeabilities dies with a Cuttlebug machine. The directions on how to use these dies with the Spellbinders Wizard, the Big Kick by Sizzix, and the Cuttlebug by Provocraft come with every set of dies, and they are very clear and easy to follow.

If you are going to emboss using a Cuttlebug and the Shapeabilities Spellbinders dies, you will also need to purchase a tan embossing mat (Spellbinders W-005 12 by 12 Tan Pad for Wizard Cutting and Embossing System).

Great cuts and perfect embossing. Crisp, clean and sharp. Easy to store. Fantastic. They will last forever. I store mine in a cd case so I can see what is inside with a cut out of the package as a label.

spellbinders shapeabilities work great in the calibur or in the sizzix machine. they cut and emboss and do a great job. great for making cards.

They don't work with fabric because they're too intricate.

It does work for cardstock,paper,thin metal,chipboard, etc.

Would definately recommend if you're into antiqued and fancy looking projects.

I liked very much the desing of these dies. at the beginning I had a little of difficulty because the paper was being imprisoned in the dies, but later it stopped to happen this. Now it cuts amazing. I have a big shot machine and i recommend to buy the embossing pad too for the emboss, because i tryed to make it with foan and it doesn't work.
