This along with the companion needle were exactly what I was looking for. I had dropped this little piece down the drain of my sink unfortunately and was cringing at the thought of how much this would cost me to replace. While this isn't cheap for such a tiny piece, it is a critical piece of the airbrush and I was happy to have it at the time. If you need one of these, you know you need it. Otherwise you probably have no need for it.

Update: Since getting this I found the combe kit for this airbrush that includes this piece and a new needle for not much more here on amazon. I think in the future I would do that instead of this one piece.

I also dropped my Renegade Spirit tip down the drain while washing it. I was very impressed, because those holes were tiny, but it still easily fit right down the drain, no problem.

I was pleased to see this part was easy to find on Amazon and I'll be back to airbrushing and then needlessly washing my money down drains by Monday.
