As every knitter knows, knitting needles are a personal preference. I'm really happy with the connection between the cord and the bamboo needle and I the fact that the bamboo hold the stitches just enough as to not slip but not to much that I have to pull and push. These are both really important. However, in the larger size (I also have the set of smaller needles), I would have preferred a sharper tip. This could be a problem if you knit tightly. So as far as a personal fit for me, they aren't perfect, therefore the 4 star rating and not 5.

I love these needles! They screw one easily and the joint is very smooth. No seam or catching at all. I've knitted two projects on them now and they never losen or come apart. The cable is very pliable too. I previously used the knit picks interchanable needles and the Hiya Hiya perform so much better. I always had trouble with those coming apart and catching on my yarn. Wish I had bought Hiya Hiya long ago. I can find no fault with them at all. A+!
