I bought these along with some broad point ones for my wife for her birthday last year (May). They are pretty expensive but Amazon offered by far the best price and selection of these markers -I saved a ton compared to local craft stores.They put out a very thin oil-based paint. She had hoped that color mixing would be easy, but it isn't and it can mess up the markers if you try to mix the colors. However, she was able to create some really really great works of art with these markers.
They didn't last a super long time, but she used them pretty hard. Overall we are satisfied with the purchase, but if we buy more, will probably buy the broad-point markers for their durability. They're also better for color blending.
