I used 3 cans on a small chair and barely had enough to finish, but I think that's because I over-sprayed some areas. My biggest complaint is the spray nozzle. First, it drips and really makes a mess. Second, it is the most uncomfortable nozzle ever made. The lever on the front is too small and has a protruding end that poked into my finger. It hurt so much I had to stop spraying. I tried to cover it with a rag but finally had to pad my finger and wrap it with tape just press the lever. I painted an off white chair using the sage green spray. I thought I had good coverage when I was done but as it dried it has begun to show uneven light areas. The chair doesn't feel painted and it doesn't smell like paint. It could be a great product with better instructions and definitely a better constructed nozzle.
