Unbeatable price for EIGHT aluminum Boye brand crochet hooks. They individually retail around $2, so you're saving $4 right there. The case they come in, however, baffles me. How does it close? What was the designer's intent? What do I do with this thing!?! There's no indication. Anywhere. If someone knows what this thing is supposed to look like when I close it up, please speak up. If they had simply packaged the hooks with a free pattern, that would have garnered a 5-star rating. The idiodic waste of materials for an ugly "carrying case" knocks a star off.

I got this because I thought it held other hooks as well. Still not sure on how the case is suppose to work, if it has another usage for it besides holding the hooks. Like the other comments the case makes no sense about it but it is a good price for the hooks.

How does it work and why does it have a string with a toggle, and why does the color scheme make it looks like it's for kids summer camp crafts? Some insight is needed into the way this thing works to make it wow me with it's creativity.
