This is a great product for beginners. It has almost everything you need to start learning to use oils. I did have a couple problems with it. The instruction booklet is a bit useless, and what they call "painting boards" in the description is nothing but paper not much thicker than what you'd stick in your printer. I would suggest ordering a canvas paper pad, or something similar along with this.

Everything was like it said in the package. Although, I thought the painting boards were like canvas hard, but they were just regular sheets of sketch paper. I have not yet used the paints, I got to order some canvas boards. The brushes hair are firm and stable, the oil paint knife is plastic, it feels okay.
